Based on 1st Corinthians 12:28

We desire to minister practical help and support as needs arise in our fellowship.

This could involve making meals for the shut in, providing rides to doctor appointments, or visiting someone's home for prayer and fellowship.  To serve in this area requires being open to respond to last minute requests or available for short term situations.
